She wrote alongside a snap which saw her posing in the mirror: ‘Since entering my third trimester I’m starting to feel very pregnant!
‘A few new symptoms have popped up, some of them are the typical pregnancy symptoms but others are a bit more weird and wonderful…
‘I’m finding that at around 4am some nights I’m woken up by leg cramps, I wake up in so much pain and I often shout out and poor Hugo wakes up thinking I’ve gone into labour, so it’s interrupting not just my sleep but his too!
‘I’m trying magnesium supplements and cream which is meant to help
She went on: ‘I’m also struggling with insomnia so when I get these cramps at 4am, that tends to be me wide awake! I’m led just staring at the ceiling, until I decide I may as well get up.’

Millie also detailed how she has been suffering with lightening crotch – a sharp pain in the vagina, rectum, or pelvis which occurs during pregnancy.
‘Lightening crotch is an painful symptom that I’ve had a couple of times. Out of nowhere I get shooting pains where I basically can’t stand up. I’d heard of it before but I didn’t experience it during my last pregnancy, so it definitely took me by surprise!’
Going on, she also told of her experience with Braxton Hicks – sporadic uterine contractions – which are common while expecting.
‘The ever common Braxton Hicks have returned. I’m getting them most days now where my stomach muscles tense up, it’s quite uncomfortable but I’m trying to relax and not stress when it happens. I’m finding that a warm bath helps to ease the sensation.
Painful: She detailed the endless symptoms in a lengthy caption alongside the snap of her in snake print leggings and a white vest top
‘My voice is also very husky and not in a sexy way! All of my nasal passages are inflamed, so I basically sound snuffly, like I have a cold. I had this last time and I started to snore quite badly, the joys of pregnancy!’
Concluding the caption she wrote: ‘Bleeding gums, I would never have thought pre my babies that my dental health would suffer when pregnant, I need to go and see my hygienist but have been using my water flosser at home to try to help reduce the plaque build up.’
Millie has recently admitted that she is nervous about becoming a mother again.
Sharing her worries, Millie said while she knows Sienna will be the ‘best big sister’, she is worried how she will cope with dividing her time between her children.
She expressed her worries while wearing a white bra and grey joggers, while Millie gazed down at Sienna, who tentatively placed her hand on her blossoming bump.

Sienna’s doll could be seen sitting alongside them on the bed with the plastic bottle next to the toy.
The reality star wrote: ‘So it’s suddenly dawning on me that very soon I’ll have two children under two, I’m starting to panic a little!!…
‘Sienna is growing up so fast at 16 months but is still a baby in so many ways! Plus I still feel like a child myself sometimes so how will I cope with two so close together?
She also admitted earlier this month: ‘I am in bed by 9 most evenings so I am still trying to get 8 hours a night and occasionally have an afternoon siesta at the same time as Sienna.
Doting mother: Millie gave birth to Sienna in May last year and announced she was expecting her second child back in June of this year (pictured on holiday recently)
‘I was having really bad headaches last month but they seem to have gone which is a relief as I just couldn’t function! Headaches have been replaced by regular hot flushes leaving me flustered and sweating… the joys!’
She added that ‘uncomfortable Indigestion and heartburn have returned’ after experiencing it at the start of her pregnancy and that she carries medicine for it with her at all times.
Millie announced she was expecting her second child with husband Hugo in June this year.
The couple married in 2018, with the pair both previously appearing on Made In Chelsea.
